Spotify has announced several new features for playlists. Among them, there is a new option to change the name of a playlist directly from the application. Why change the name of a playlist

How to change the name of a playlist

- Launch the Spotify application on your smartphone or tablet
- Click on the Library button in the lower right corner of the Spotify screen
- Tap the Playlists tab
- Then select the playlist you want to change the name of
- Place your finger on the menu button (three dots in a row) just below the cover (cover photo)place your finger on the menu button (three aligned dots) located just below the cover (photo cover) of your playlist
- A new contextual menu will appear. Click on the Edit button
- Press the name of the playlist
- Enter the new name of your playlist
- Press the save button at the top of the screen
This menu will also allow you to add a description or to customize the cover (picture) of your playlist It’s always nice to have a nice visual rather than four random album covers. Just make sure you have the right to use the image.
Now all you have to do is let your creativity speak. Word games, special events (Christmas, vacations), songs related to a specific moment in your life, you will easily find a name for your playlist. Don’t be tempted by a name that is too generic.
